• Extra info: Supporting personnel (maid, gardener, pool/Jacuzzi and maintenance members) will enter the property at pre-agreed times.  Homeowner reserves the right to enter the property for inspection at all times with reasonable warning/notice to Guest. • Extra info: The Guests are liable for any damage or removal /destruction of items in and around the property. Guests are expected to respect the property, including towels, linen and decorative items, which cannot be removed from the property.
