The historic town hall of Hasselt is the first address on the list, with the Grote Markt just outside the door. From there the case leads to St Quintinus Cathedral, past the Virga Jesse Basilica and on towards the Fashion Museum. Hasselt is compact, and the detective game treats the centre as one large crime scene. Because the distances in Hasselt are short and the ground level, the game is easy going for families with children, groups of friends, couples and colleagues; on your own it works just as well. A team is one to four people sharing a phone, and a bigger party divides into several teams and plays against itself. There is no guide, and you start at whatever time you like on the day you booked. Break off for a drink, come back to it, and finish the case in Hasselt.
