About this experience
A bus takes you from Amsterdam to the ‘Dutch Venice’: Giethoorn. This fantasylike place is entirely accessible by boat, and this is how you will discover its picturesque canals. See the 18th and 19th century farmyards hidden among trees and wooden bridges. After the one-hour cruise you will have time for lunch and to explore the area further before returning to the bus. Giethoorn is also known for its excellent restaurants where you’ll be able to enjoy regional cuisine. On our way back we will take you across a 27-kilometer-long dike dividing two lakes, where we will make a photo stop for some beautiful pictures.
